This is another page which I've done about our holiday. We had a wonderful weekend Taranaki Anniversary weekend 2010 March and were so excited about catching the fish and then enjoying it for dinner that nite. I am not really that fussed about eating fish, but you can't beat FRESH and it tasted divine. We simply dipped it egg, then flour and lightly pan-fried in a wee bit of oil and butter. YUM!!
Have done a couple more pages, just have to finish journalling them and then will photograph them and put them on the blog.
Hope you all had a good weekend and enjoyed the beautiful weather we are having here in NZ. It is going to be a very hot summer if now is any indication of what it will be like.

Great scrapping! Very clever to use the reverse lettering too! The little fishies are cute especially the one in the "o". You're going to end up with one great looking scrapbook, i'm impressed yet again...
